You have to specify the province id to start the revolt. revolt revolt The revolt console command is used to initiate a revolt in the province. plurality plurality You can set the plurality of the character to a specific number using this command. goods goods The goods console command will gives the player the amount specified of all the goods in the game. leadership leadership The leadership command is sued to add particular amount of leadership to the nation leadership reseerves. prestige prestige You can get a specified amount of prestige for your character using this console command. cash cash The cash command will add 1,000 cash to your nation's cash reserves but only in (Hearts of Darkness DLC). Name Syntax Description money money This console command is used to add the desired amount of money to your nation's cash reserves. If the console does not open or you have a non-US keyboard layout, you can try the following key combinations one by one. Once the console opens, you can type in your desired command and press ENTER to execute it. You can access the console by pressing the ~key or `key( grave) on your keyboard. In addition to that, there are various country tags, province ids and event ids that you can use and tailor your experience exactly how you like it. You can spawn items, add prestige to your nation, start a revolt, claim the territories of other countries and much more. Not to mention it smooths out a lot of bugs too. You can customize the game however you want and even unlock some hidden features.
The game definitely needs some spicing up. There are some features that complicate the gameplay unnecessarily and then some features you wish you could have but can’t find. Victoria II is one of the best strategy games and that is apparent when you see its popularity even a decade after its release.
