It does ask what port I want to use and I have tried various ones such as LPT3 and COM1 and even none but they all fail to print the tags. I open up the CleanTouch software and go into the hardware setup to make sure that the "use tag printer" is checked. But when I try to run the driver again through the parallel cable then the same error shows up. Therefore, I used a usb cable to connect to the desktop and install the drivers that way and that seemed to install fine. One thing that I have noticed is that when I try and install the drivers I receive a "Unspecified port" error.

The printer is connected to the desktop via a parallel cable I have tried swapping the parallel cable out to see if that was the issue but that did not work.

The invoice prints out fine it's just the associated tags that do not print out. This stopped working and I have tried to figure out the issue. I am trying to use a laundromat software called CleanTouch that uses a Okidata 320 Turbo printer to print off tags.
